 Eligibility for Returns

  • Electronics can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories, manuals, and components.

  • Products showing signs of damage, misuse, or tampering may not be eligible for a return or exchange.

 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards or software with activation codes already used

  • Opened consumables or batteries

  • Items damaged due to user negligence

 Exchanges

  • If your electronic item is defective or damaged during shipping, we offer a replacement of the same model.

  • Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

  • The replacement item will be shipped once the original item is received and inspected.

 Refunds

  • Refunds are processed after the returned item is inspected and approved.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped.

 How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

 Warranty Claims

  • Electronics may come with a manufacturer warranty. Please check the product page for warranty details.

  • Warranty claims for defects outside the return window should be directed to the manufacturer.
