Cancelation

At Ekommerce.in, we understand that sometimes plans change. Please read our cancellation policy for electronic items carefully:

 Cancellation Window

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund.

• After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible if the item has already been processed or shipped.

 How to Cancel

1. Log in to your account and navigate to Your Orders.

2. Select the order you want to cancel and click Cancel Order.

3. Alternatively, contact our Customer Support at [support email/phone] with your order number and cancellation request.

 Refunds

• If the cancellation is accepted, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 3–7 business days.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable if the item has already been shipped and returned.

 Orders Already Shipped

• If the electronic product has already been shipped, the order cannot be canceled.

• You may return the item after delivery according to our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

 Special Notes

• Custom or personalized electronic items cannot be canceled once the order is confirmed.

• Cancellation requests may be subject to verification by our support team.
